🥣 Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare Crust

2. Make Filling

  • Whisk eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and zest
  • Mix until smooth

3. Bake Again

  • Pour filling over warm crust
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until set

4. Cool

  • Let cool completely
  • Refrigerate for 1–2 hours
  • Cut into squares and serve
