Ingredients
Filling
- 500g thinly sliced beef (or ground beef)
- 1 tablespoon oil or butter
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 6–8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
Slider Base
- 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls work great)
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
1. Cook the Filling
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions (and bell pepper if using) and cook until soft and slightly caramelized.
- Add beef, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook until beef is fully browned and juicy.
2. Assemble Sliders
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice slider buns in half horizontally (keep them attached if possible).
- Place bottom layer in a baking dish.
- Add beef mixture evenly over buns.
- Layer cheese slices on top of the meat.
- Cover with top buns.
3. Butter Topping & Bake
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Brush generously over the top buns.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 8–10 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
