Pepperoni Pizza Tacos

Pepperoni pizza tacos are a fun mashup of two favorites—crispy taco shells filled with melty cheese, rich pizza sauce, and spicy pepperoni. They’re quick, cheesy, and perfect for snacks, parties, or a fast dinner the whole family will love.

Equipment

  • Oven or air fryer
  • Mixing bowl (optional)

Ingredients

  • 6 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 30–40 slices pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing, optional)
  • Crushed chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Shape the Taco Shells

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Drape tortillas over oven rack bars or taco mold to form shape.
  3. Bake for 5–7 minutes until slightly crisp but still flexible.

2. Fill the Tacos

  1. Spoon pizza sauce inside each taco shell.
  2. Add shredded mozzarella cheese.
  3. Layer pepperoni slices on top.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and chili flakes if using.

3. Bake Again

  1. Place filled tacos on a baking tray.
  2. Bake for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  3. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
