This Big Mac cheeseburger protein bowl gives you all the flavors of a classic burger—savory beef, cheese, pickles, lettuce, and a creamy special sauce—without the bun. It’s high in protein, low in carbs, and perfect for a quick lunch or healthy dinner.

Ingredients

Protein Base

  • 400g ground beef
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Bowl Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced pickles
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes (optional)
  • ¼ cup diced onions

Big Mac Sauce

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped pickles
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

1. Cook the Beef

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and break it apart.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.

2. Make the Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, chopped pickles, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Stir until smooth and creamy.

3. Assemble the Bowl

  1. Add shredded lettuce as the base.
  2. Top with cooked beef.
  3. Add cheese, pickles, onions, and tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle generously with Big Mac sauce.
