Posted on May 4, 2026

 Pink Paradise Party Punch

Serves: 12–15
Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

Non-Alcoholic Version

  • 4 cups (1 L) pink lemonade (chilled)

  • 2 cups (480 ml) pineapple juice (chilled)

  • 2 cups (480 ml) coconut water** or** coconut milk (for creamier punch)

  • 2 cups (480 ml) sparkling water, lemon-lime soda (like 7UP/Sprite), or ginger ale

  • 1 cup (240 ml) grenadine syrup (for color + sweetness)

  • 2 cups strawberry or raspberry sorbet (or vanilla ice cream for creamier texture)

  • Garnish: Fresh strawberries, pink grapefruit slices, edible flowers, shredded coconut

Alcoholic Version (add to above)

  • 1½ cups (360 ml) coconut rum (e.g., Malibu) or vodka

  • 1 cup (240 ml) peach schnapps (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine pink lemonade, pineapple juice, coconut water, grenadine, and soda. Stir gently.

  2. Add scoops of sorbet or ice cream — it will float and foam beautifully.

  3. For alcohol: Stir in coconut rum and/or peach schnapps now.

  4. Garnish with fresh fruit, coconut rim on glasses, or flower ice cubes.

  5. Serve immediately over ice.

💡 Tips for “Paradise” Look

  • Layer colors: Pour grenadine last — it sinks, creating a sunset gradient.

  • Frozen fruit “ice cubes”: Freeze pink dragonfruit, raspberries, or starfruit in ice cubes.

  • Coconut rim: Dip glass rims in cream of coconut + pink sanding sugar.

  • Make ahead: Mix juices + alcohol (no soda or sorbet) up to 24 hours ahead. Add soda + sorbet just before serving.

🍹 Variations

Tropical 1 cup mango nectar + ½ cup cream of coconut
