2 cups (480 ml) sparkling water, lemon-lime soda (like 7UP/Sprite), or ginger ale

Garnish with fresh fruit, coconut rim on glasses, or flower ice cubes.
-
Serve immediately over ice.
💡 Tips for “Paradise” Look
-
Layer colors: Pour grenadine last — it sinks, creating a sunset gradient.
-
Frozen fruit “ice cubes”: Freeze pink dragonfruit, raspberries, or starfruit in ice cubes.
-
Coconut rim: Dip glass rims in cream of coconut + pink sanding sugar.
-
Make ahead: Mix juices + alcohol (no soda or sorbet) up to 24 hours ahead. Add soda + sorbet just before serving.
