Loaded Steak & Shrimp Fries

Ingredients
Fries

1 bag (28–32 oz / 800–900 g) frozen french fries (crinkle-cut, steak fries, or waffle)

Or make from scratch: 4 large russet potatoes, cut into thick fries
Steak
-
1 lb (450 g) sirloin steak or ribeye, thinly sliced against the grain

1 tbsp olive oil
-
2 tbsp butter
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Shrimp
-
½ lb (225 g) large shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails off
-
1 tbsp butter
-
1 tsp Cajun or Old Bay seasoning
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp lemon juice
Toppings
-
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or Monterey Jack)

½ cup cooked crumbled bacon (optional)
-
¼ cup sliced green onions
-
¼ cup diced tomatoes or pico de gallo
-
2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
Sauces
-
½ cup sour cream
-
¼ cup mayonnaise
-
1 tbsp sriracha or hot sauce (optional)
-
2 tbsp BBQ sauce or chipotle sauce
Instructions
1. Cook Fries
Bake, air-fry, or deep-fry fries according to package directions until crispy and golden. Season lightly with salt. Transfer to a large oven-safe platter or cast-iron skillet.
2. Cook Steak

Pat steak slices dry. Season with salt, pepper, paprika.

Heat olive oil in a large pan over high heat. Sear steak in a single layer for 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Remove steak from pan.

Reduce heat to medium, add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Cook 30 seconds, then return steak to pan, toss to coat. Set aside.
3. Cook Shrimp

In same pan, add 1 tbsp butter. Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder.

Sauté 2–3 minutes until pink and curled. Add lemon juice, toss. Remove from heat.
4. Assemble

Preheat oven broiler (or skip if not needed).

Sprinkle shredded cheese over hot fries. Broil 1–2 minutes until melted.

Top with cooked steak and shrimp.

Drizzle with BBQ sauce and sriracha mayo (mix sour cream + mayo + sriracha).

Sprinkle with bacon, green onions, tomatoes, and parsley.
