Sauces

  • 1 tbsp sriracha or hot sauce (optional)

  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce or chipotle sauce

4. Assemble

  • Preheat oven broiler (or skip if not needed).

  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over hot fries. Broil 1–2 minutes until melted.

  • Top with cooked steak and shrimp.

  • Drizzle with BBQ sauce and sriracha mayo (mix sour cream + mayo + sriracha).

  • Sprinkle with bacon, green onions, tomatoes, and parsley.

5. Serve immediately with extra sauces on the side.
