Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Seafood

Pat scallops and lobster dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.


Step 2: Sear Scallops

Place scallops in pan and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.


Step 3: Cook Lobster

In the same pan, add a little more butter if needed. Cook lobster pieces for 3–5 minutes until opaque and lightly browned.


Step 4: Make Garlic Butter Sauce

Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic. Cook for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.

Add lemon juice, zest, chili flakes, and herbs. Stir well.


Step 5: Combine

Return scallops and lobster to the pan. Spoon garlic butter sauce over the seafood and cook for 1–2 minutes.


Step 6: Serve

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
