Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups milk

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Make the Batter

  1. In a bowl, whisk flour and salt.
  2. Add eggs and gradually pour in milk while whisking.
  3. Mix in melted butter, sugar, and vanilla (if using).
  4. Whisk until smooth and lump-free.
  5. Rest batter for 15–30 minutes for best texture.

2. Cook the Crepes

  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Lightly grease with butter.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter and swirl to coat the pan thinly.
  4. Cook for 1–2 minutes until edges lift.
  5. Flip and cook another 30–60 seconds.
  6. Repeat with remaining batter.
